Adding a Timesheet

Tutorial - Timesheet Management - Adding a Timesheet

 

Punch Clock gives you the ability to manually add a timesheet using the Add Timesheets screen.

 

Click Add Timesheets

 

From the admin console, click on Employees and then on Add Timesheets.  This is where you add timesheets.

 

Select Employee

 

This is the employee selection screen.  Choose the employee you would like to add a timesheet for, and click the Select button.

This is the Add Timesheet window.  From here, you can add one or more timesheets for this employee manually.

 

Edit and hit add

 

The highlighted area above shows the area you would edit when creating a timesheet.  Choose the Punch In and Punch Out dates and times, then click the Add Timesheet button.

 

Accept Timesheet

 

You get a chance to review the timesheet before adding it into the database.  If the information is wrong, you can click No to correct it.  Clicking on Yes will save the timesheet.

 

Add more or done

 

After saving the timesheet, you will see the new timesheet in the list.  You then have the option to adjust the Punch In/Out information and Add another timesheet, or click Done to exit the Add Timesheets screen.
